Shipping and Returns Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict no return policy. We do not offer refunds of exchanges after your order has been placed. In the very rare case that the product is damaged upon arrival, customers must immediately email hi@ripewild.com and must be able to provide photo evidence of the damaged product, and we will then provide a replacement at no extra charge.
We are not responsible for instances in which the customer does not receive an order due to entering the incorrect shipping address at checkout. In this case, the customer can re-submit a new order. If the package is recovered (i.e. package is returned to us due to non-delivery), we will re-ship the order out, provided that the customer completes payment for the additional shipping and handling fees.
We are not responsible if the customer does not receive an order due to the package being stolen or lost after delivery.
If an order is returned to us (i.e. non-delivery due to customer failure to pay customs charges to the respective company), we will happy re-ship the order, provided that the customer pays for the added shipping & handling charges.
We are not responsible for custom fees, duties, or taxes imposed upon international customers. In some cases, the customer may be required to pay customs fees to receive the parcel into their country. These charges are unpredictable and are not covered by us.
Can I shop here if I'm under 18?
No! You must be 18 or older to order from us!
Is the packaging discreet?
We make sure that our shipping is discreet and does not have anything that will identify the origin of your order on its package!
